Josh Livingston is running for Legislature to make sure Nebraska works for the people who keep it running. Join the campaign and let’s put working families first.
After graduating from Creighton Law School, Josh served as a Deputy County Attorney where he made sure parents got the child support and benefits they were owed.
Today, he works as a family law attorney, helping people through tough moments like custody and divorce so they can build the future they want.
Josh stood with 29 doctors at the Nebraska Supreme Court to protect access to reproductive healthcare and has helped families cut through red tape to get what they need. Josh lives in Douglas County with his wife Dana, their six-year-old daughter Eleanor, and their two dogs, Maverick and Hayes. He coaches youth soccer, refs games on the weekends, and volunteers with programs like College Possible and the Metro180 Re-Entry Program.
He is running for the Legislature to make sure Nebraska families are heard, respected, and supported just like the ones he has been fighting for his whole career.
Josh is committed to standing up for working families, protecting your rights, and making sure every voice counts. Help build a Nebraska that puts people first on healthcare, the economy, and democracy.
